Cowley’s is extremely proud to announce that they have helped to have raised Β£4,700 for Rowcroft Hospice in Exeter!
Steve Rowles, Director of Cowley’s Building & Maintenance in Exeter, attended the Steve Feasby Golf Day which was held at Stover Golf Club in memory of Steve himself. Cowley’s donated a generous amount on the day and are delighted that it is going towards such a worthy cause.
Debbi Shotton, Community Fundraising Officer for Rowcroft Hospice, commented on Cowley’s outstanding contribution, saying: βWe are so grateful for your support which makes an enormous difference to is here at the hospice. This sum of money could cover the cost of a whole day of our Communityβs Teamβs services, allowing them to care for patients in their own homes and fund a 24-hour stay on our Inpatient unit for one patient.Β
βOur care is provided free of charge to patients, families and carers. Our reach extends across 300 square miles of South Devon, from the moors to the seas. Your donation will help us to be there for patients day and night, throughout the year.β
Here at Cowley’s, we love to support our local community and give back to the remarkable people who take care of those in need. We look forward to raising and donating even more in upcoming events to create awareness of the brilliant charities in Devon and beyond.
Claire Cox, Office Manager at Cowley’s said: βSupporting a local charity for a cause close to our heart goes hand in hand with the customer care we give when onsite as reputable builders in Exeter. We want to extend that care and support into the local community as long as possible. Thank you to everyone at Stover Golf Club for a fantastic day!β.
