Blundell’s School in Tiverton – Refurbishment of the boys and girls changing rooms. We ripped out existing lockers and sanitary ware, took down some existing masonry and studwork walls, formed concrete floors in the main changing area, knocked through and created two new exit openings and installed new frames and doors.
We also constructed new studwork to form two new lobbies, replaced existing doors and ironmongery, removed existing door and window and blocked up the opening with brickwork to match on the outer skin. Applied plaster to the walls in the main changing areas, installed a new suspended ceiling, boxed in the necessary pipework, decorated, installed a new vinyl floor covering and carpet with new custom made benching and shoe racks.
For the WC shower areas, we raised and levelled floors in concrete and timber, boxed in the pipework, clad the walls in Whiterock, decorated the doors and installed new vinyl to floors all within time and budget.
