The Cowley’s Building & Maintenance Ltd team recently carried out a property extension in Exeter, for Moorgate Veterinary Group, as well as internal works. On this project, we had to remove the existing rear storage areas to enable us to build a new single-storey extension. The newly created space now houses a new operating theatre, new clinical waste room, a lab area and 2 new recovery rooms for dogs and cats. The internal alterations consisted of forming a new nurses consultation room, a prep room and a new dispensary room. In addition to this, we carried out a property refurbishment of the X-ray room, consulting room, reception area and nurses tearoom.
