This was a complete property extension project, comprising both internal and external work. Before we could get started on the single storey extension, however, we had to take care of removing the rear storage areas. Once complete, the development work could begin. Our extension builders in Exeter set about laying the foundations before going on to build the sizeable single storey extension from the ground up.
Some of the internal work included the laying of new flooring, the installation of new windows, new electric, plumbing and the installation of a new reception counter! At this stage our Exeter painter and decorators were required to beautify the new extended area, using their eye for design and working with Moorgate Vets to perfect the interior.
